Fermentation: Taiwan molasses contribute brown sugar, bubblegum sweetness, and brown sugar richness.
Yeast: M-strain in unexpected substrate, contributing floral and fruity-sour notes
Distillation: Advanced Lomond-style still with double distillation, delivering precise aroma and a rich, full-bodied spirit.
Maturation: Blend of 6 months maturation C2 and C3 American new oak and finished in PX Sherry Cask and Oloroso Sherry Cask for 6 months
Cask Compliance: PX and Oloroso Sherry casks fully comply with the official regulations of Jerez-Xérès-Sherry and Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda D.O.
