Palate(Mid): Smooth and creamy, with gentle sweetness of butter and coconut.
Finish: Rich and lingering, with notes of raisin and toffee.
Crafted from 15-year-aged Scotch single malt whisky. Gently concentrated under vacuum distillation, followed by filtration and decolourisation to create a crystal-clear expression.
A triple-cask maturation of American Bourbon, Spanish Sherry, and American new oak, delivering layered complexity and depth.
Globally limited to only 129 bottles.
Concept: Inspired by the spirit of the traditional Taiwanese gan-za-tiam (local grocery store), we trace back to the earliest retail model of Scotch whisky —where shopkeepers sourced and sold whisky, laying the foundation for global whisky culture.
Today, we reinterpret this heritage through a Taiwanese lens with our new creation: “Gan-za-Tiam Crystal Whisky” — a symbol of warmth, community, and innovation intertwined.
