- Fermentation: Taiwan molasses contribute brown sugar, bubblegum sweetness, and brown sugar richness.
- Yeast: M-strain in unexpected substrate, contributing floral and fruity-sour notes
- Distillation: Advanced Lomond-style still with double distillation, delivering precise aroma and a rich, full-bodied spirit.
- Maturation: Aged in C2 and C3 American new oak casks for 8 months, imparting notes of herbs, nuts, light fruitiness, smoked-dried plum, and creamy vanilla.
